Return Process

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is confirmed via email.
